A. 투어 자체는 약 10~12분 정도 진행되지만,
대기시간 등을 고려하면 최소 30분 정도를 고려하셔야 합니다.

A. 네. 보내드린 바우처를 출력해 가시는 것을 권장 드립니다.
Q. 날씨가 좋지 않은 경우 변경 또는 환불이 가능한가요?
A. 날씨가 좋지 않아 해당일에 투어 운영을 하지 않은 경우,
티켓부스에서 다른 날짜로 변경이 가능합니다.
혹시라도 변경이 불가능한 상황이라면,
전액 환불도 가능합니다.
Q. 투어 장소까지 셔틀버스를 운영하나요?
A. 안타깝게도 별도의 셔틀버스는 운영하지 않습니다.
그렇기 때문에 렌트카, 우버, 대중교통 등을 이용하여,
직접 헬리콥터 투어 장소까지 이동하셔야 합니다.
Q. 급박한 경우에는 예약이 안되나요?
A. 나이아가라 크루즈는 최소 5일의 여유가 있어야만 예약이 가능합니다.
